Weddings & Special Events
A wedding day happens once. Aerial coverage adds a dimension your ground photographer and videographer can't — but it also puts a drone in the air above your guests, your venue, and often a first dance under string lights at dusk. That is exactly the kind of closer-to-people, later-in-the-day operation Basic certification does not cover. We hold Advanced certification, which does.
Dronebotics provides aerial photo and video coverage for weddings, anniversaries, proposals, and other milestone celebrations, plus corporate and venue events that want a dynamic overhead opening or closing shot.
We work directly with your existing photography and videography team rather than around them — a short pre-event call to align on ceremony timing, key moments, and airspace constraints at the venue, so the drone is in position for the moments that matter and out of the way for everything else.
Many wedding-market drone operators fly on a hobbyist certificate or no certificate at all, which is not legal for paid work and does not authorize operation close to the guests and structures a wedding venue actually involves. We fly on Advanced certification for exactly that reason, and we carry a weather-contingency plan into every booking — Canadian weather does not always cooperate with a ceremony start time.
