Privacy Policy

This policy applies to dronebotics.ca (the “Site”), operated by GB Trade and Logistics Inc., doing business as Dronebotics (“Dronebotics,” “we,” “us”). It covers information collected through this website only. It does not cover information exchanged during an active client engagement, which is governed by the terms of that specific service agreement.

We collect only what you choose to submit through the contact form on this Site: your name, email address, company or organization (optional), phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, a description of your project, and your preferred contact method.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology on this Site. We do not automatically collect browsing behaviour, device fingerprints, or location data. There is no user account system, and this Site does not process payments.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry — to assess your project, follow up with questions, and provide a quote or recommendation. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your inquiry, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox using Resend, a transactional email delivery service, which processes the submission only to route it to us. We do not share your information with any other third party. We do not share it for advertising purposes.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, request a correction, or request that it be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dronebotics.ca. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This Site is served over HTTPS, and we apply standard technical protections (security headers, spam filtering on the contact form) to reduce the risk of misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the limited data this Site actually collects.

If how we handle information changes materially — for example, if we add analytics or a CMS with its own data handling — we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
